CLIPSCOLLAB — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to ClipsCollab (“Platform,” “Site,” “App,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using ClipsCollab, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

ClipsCollab is a creator networking platform designed to help adult content creators connect and collaborate.

1. Eligibility — 18+ ONLY

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClipsCollab.

By creating an account, you affirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You are legally permitted to create and view adult content in your jurisdiction

  • All information you provide is truthful

  • You agree to age verification if requested

  • You understand that misrepresenting age results in permanent termination

2. No Illegal Activity — Zero Tolerance

Users may NOT use ClipsCollab for:

  • Any illegal activity

  • Any content involving minors

  • Trafficking, coercion, or exploitation

  • Non-consensual content

  • Prostitution or escorting arrangements

  • Drug sales or illegal services

  • Harassment or threats

  • Distribution of stolen content

  • Identity fraud or impersonation

Any violation results in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Reporting to authorities when required

  • Permanent platform ban

No warnings are required.

3. Creator Responsibility

ClipsCollab does NOT produce content. We only provide networking tools.

Creators are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying collaborator age and identity

  • Obtaining written consent and model releases

  • Complying with local laws

  • Keeping required records

  • Ensuring content legality

  • Managing their own tax and business obligations

We are not a party to creator collaborations.

4. Collaboration Agreements

All collaborations are private agreements between users.

ClipsCollab is NOT responsible for:

  • Payment disputes

  • Revenue splits

  • Content ownership disputes

  • Contract disagreements

  • Cancellations or no-shows

We strongly recommend written agreements before collaborating.

5. Account Conduct

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate profile info

  • Not impersonate others

  • Not scrape or harvest user data

  • Not spam or mass message

  • Not bypass safety systems

  • Not attempt platform hacking

  • Not repost private messages

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. Content & Communications

You are responsible for all messages and content you post.

We may remove content that is:

  • Illegal

  • Threatening

  • Fraudulent

  • Non-consensual

  • Exploitative

  • Harassing

  • Spam

We may moderate without notice.

7. Reporting Violations

Users may report:

  • Underage suspicion

  • Coercion

  • Illegal offers

  • Harassment

  • Fraud attempts

Reports are reviewed promptly.

8. Platform Disclaimer

ClipsCollab is provided “as is.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Matches

  • Collaboration success

  • Creator reliability

  • Income results

  • Platform uptime

Use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipsCollab is not liable for:

  • Creator disputes

  • Collaboration outcomes

  • Financial losses

  • Reputation harm

  • Off-platform conduct

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Suspicious behavior

Decisions are final.

  • Stop immediately if consent changes

  • Keep documentation

Payments

  • Never rely on verbal promises

  • Use written split agreements

  • Keep transaction records

Red Flags

  • Refuses ID

  • Pushes illegal acts

  • Avoids contracts

  • Requests secrecy

  • Offers unsafe work
